Esporta Clean!!!!
The Esporta Wash System is the only emergency restoration wet-wash machine designed to recover soft contents and other goods from smoke, soot, water and sewage contaminated soft contents and laundry. Its patented design features compartments that can hold soft contents and leathers and even category 2 & 3 soiled laundry.
A conventional washing machine utilizes mechanical action to remove soil from fabric. While mechanical action may remove soil, it is NOT effective for the removal of smoke soot and bacteria. The Esporta Wash System completely eliminates smoke, soot, bacteria, mold and other non organic and organic contaminates.
HOW DOES THE ESPORTA WASH SYSTEM WORK?
The Esporta Wash System Utilizes hydraulic pressure and specifically formulated detergents to remove all organic and non-organic contaminants and odors.
The Esporta is a 3600 LB wash system with two meter wash drums containing eight stainless steel cages. The 8 compartments are filled with contaminated items then the operator selects a recipe based upon the category of articles being cleaned and the class of contamination.
The system's tank fills with water and the wheel turns throughout the water creating a tremendous amount of hydraulic pressure. A precise amount of each product is automatically injected into the machine at specific times throughout the cycle. As the hydraulic action and specialized products work together, the contaminants and odors are forced out!
