This course will serve as an introduction to issues dealing with ethics as they pertain to insurance agents, brokers and adjusters. Discussion will include information on proper handling of insurance transactions and the responsibilities of each concerned party. They key to this seminar is the identification of roles and responsibilities as well as defining financial implications and legal issues. Seminar will conclude with Agents, brokers, and adjusters exploring possible ethical issues and their remedies.

This course will serve as the manditory ethics credits required by the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
